What to Expect from Your Free Biblical Counseling Consultation
1. Book your free consultation. Fill out the form. I reply within 1-2 business days to schedule our 15-minute video call.
2. We meet for 15 minutes. No cost, no pressure. We talk about what you are carrying and figure out together whether biblical counseling for women is the right next step for you. If it is not, I will tell you honestly and point you toward what might help.
3. If it is a fit, we begin. You pick email counseling ($100/month, up to 8 emails) or video sessions ($75 per session), or both. We schedule your first full session.
4. We work together, at your pace. Some women see meaningful shift within 6-8 weeks. Others walk with me for a year. I will never keep you in counseling longer than you need.
My counseling hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–2pm ET.
I will reply to every form within 1–2 business days.
A note on confidentiality and what biblical counseling is:
Everything we discuss stays between us, with two exceptions: (a) if you share that you or someone else is in immediate danger, or (b) if I am legally required to report abuse of a child or vulnerable adult. These are the same reporting expectations as any professional counselor.
Biblical counseling is not clinical therapy. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical treatment. I do not bill insurance. I work alongside your physician's care when medication or medical treatment is part of your journey. If your presenting concern is one that requires clinical care first, I will refer you to the right professional.
If you are a member of a local church, I may recommend involving your pastor or a trusted member of your church community in the counseling process where appropriate, with your permission.
Renew and Bloom is not a crisis service.

For ongoing severe mental health concerns, please partner with your physician alongside biblical counseling. Biblical counseling works alongside clinical and medical care, not as a replacement for it.
